Referral Partner Terms

Independent contractor

You are not an employee, partner, or agent with authority to bind Purjosh. You set your own hours, pay your own expenses and taxes, and receive no benefits. Purjosh may issue a Form 1099-NEC when required.

You must be at least 18 years old.

What you do

After approval you receive a referral link. First-touch attribution locks when a tenant is created. You do not sell as a Purjosh employee and you may not claim otherwise.

Commission

• Flat current-tier on paid tenant invoices: 1–100 active attributed tenants → 15%; 101–500 → 20%; 501+ → 30%.
• Accrues on successful paid invoices only. Trial and courtesy periods are $0.
• Paid net-90 from the tenant payment date.
• Payable when unpaid balance is at least $100 after offsets, by check or direct deposit.
• Refunds claw back the related commission. Chargebacks offset future earnings.
• Lifetime of the attributed tenant ends on cancel or permanent termination.

Income is not guaranteed. Approval is not a promise to pay.

Tax and payouts

A completed W-9 (or W-8BEN if you are not a US person) must be on file before any payout. Platform staff confirm that status. You are responsible for your own tax filings.

Marketing

• No spam, purchased lists, or unlawful outbound messages.
• If you promote Purjosh, disclose that you may earn a commission.
• Do not misuse the Purjosh name, marks, or false claims.

Status and termination

Purjosh may approve, reject, suspend, or later deactivate an agent account. Suspended or rejected agents do not receive new referral credit. Trailing commission on already attributed paying tenants follows the commercial rules above unless staff terminate the relationship for cause (fraud, spam, or policy breach).

Records

When you apply we store this terms version, the Privacy Policy version, the time of acceptance, and the request IP. We may update these pages; new applications must accept the current versions.
